01 · Origin story

How this started

I'm the assistant manager at Clark Propane Plus — three plants and a satellite office. I started handling their marketing and their website because it needed doing, and I got hooked on it.

Then I started looking at what other agencies were charging small businesses around here for work that genuinely doesn't require an office and six salaries. That gap is why this business exists. Not to build an empire — to help people who don't have the budget or the time to figure this out themselves.

02 · Operational proof

Why the propane job is a feature

I'm not a marketer who decided to help small businesses. I'm somebody who runs a real multi-location operation and learned marketing because my employer needed it.

So when you tell me dispatch is a mess in February, or that you lost a morning to one angry customer, or that your busy season pays for your slow one — I'm not nodding politely. I did that on Tuesday.

Standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and around the clock if you're a current client with something genuinely broken. Call, text, email or book a time, and you get me, not an account manager.
