Web design and marketing for Richmond, Kentucky.
I'm Jeff Becraft. I build websites and run local marketing for small businesses in Richmond and across Central Kentucky — from Winchester, about as local as it gets. You get me on the phone, published prices, and plain English.
Richmond has a split personality, and it's worth building for on purpose: there's the college town around EKU, and there's the town that lives here year-round. Those two audiences search differently, spend differently, and show up in different months.
If a good chunk of your business comes off campus, your website needs to load fast on a phone with three bars, because that's the entire student experience of the internet. If your business runs on locals along Big Hill Avenue and the bypass, the Google listing and the reviews carry more weight than anything else you'll do.
I can come to you. I'll drive out, sit down at your counter and go through it in person — because knowing the person building your website is half of why you'd hire somebody local instead of an outfit three states away.
You can also just go look at my work: Full Construction Roofing is a site I built, live right now, and I handle the marketing and the website for Clark Propane Plus, where I'm assistant manager.

Questions I actually get asked.
Half my customers are EKU students. Does that change anything?
It changes what matters most. Students find you on a phone, decide in seconds, and rely heavily on reviews and photos. Year-round locals lean more on your Google listing and word of mouth. A good site serves both — it just needs to be built knowing that's the split.
What does a website cost for a Richmond business?
My prices are published on the pricing page — no quote games. Website builds are flat-priced by scope and monthly plans are month-to-month. You'll know the number before anything starts.
I get most of my business from word of mouth. Why bother?
Word of mouth is the best marketing there is — a website and a Google listing just make sure it converts. When somebody recommends you, the next thing that person does is look you up. What they find either confirms the recommendation or quietly kills it.

The Blueprint Session
Let's spend thirty minutes on your Richmond business.
No pitch, no charge. I'll look at your site, your Google listing and what your competitors are doing, and tell you plainly what I'd fix first. If you can do it yourself, I'll show you how — and if you don't need me yet, I'll say so.
