Using this site
Read it, share it, link to it. Please don't copy its design, code, text or images for your own business without asking, and don't use the forms for spam or anything automated.
Prices and information
The prices on the pricing page are current and the same for everybody. They can change; monthly clients get 60 days' notice before any price rise. Website builds and hosting carry Kentucky's 6% sales tax, shown as its own line.
Everything here is offered in good faith and kept as accurate as I can keep it. It's general information about marketing, not legal, tax or financial advice.

Actual work
Any project I do for you is covered by a written services agreement that both of us sign. That document controls the scope, the price, the timeline and who owns what, not this page. Monthly plans run a three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice, as the agreement says.
No guaranteed rankings or results
Nobody controls Google or Meta. I don't promise a ranking, a number of calls or an ad result, on this site or anywhere else. What I do promise is in the agreement.
Ad spend
Money for ads is paid by you, directly to Google or Meta, in your own account. I never mark it up.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name and your website is yours. The content and images on this site belong to Impact Marketing KY, or to the clients who gave permission to show their work.
Links to other sites
This site links to client websites and to services like Google Calendar and Formspree. Those have their own terms and privacy policies, and I'm not responsible for what's on them.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. To the extent Kentucky law allows, Impact Marketing KY isn't liable for losses that come from using the information on it. For project work, the signed agreement sets the terms.
Kentucky law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
