Most agencies make you sit through a call before they'll tell you a number, because the number depends on what they think you can pay. Here's mine, in public, the same for everybody.
One-time website builds

Every build includes mobile-first design, fast code, the on-page SEO baseline, a contact form, click-to-call and Google Business Profile integration. Your domain and hosting stay in your name — you own all of it.

Anything big gets a price before it gets built. Nothing is a surprise on an invoice.
Honest about turnaround: usually within a day or two. I run this alongside a day job, so I'm not going to promise you an hour. New builds only, +6% KY sales tax.

Website and hosting work carries 6% Kentucky sales tax; marketing services don't. Founding Clients get 25% off one of these — so GBP setup is $375, Local SEO Foundation is $562, a Brand Identity Refresh is $900.
Founding Clients
The first five get a deal that doesn't come back.
A retainer at the founding rate locked for 24 months, 30% off any website, and 25% off one additional project — all signed together. When the five are gone, the deal goes away and normal published pricing applies.
No countdown timer and no "expires tonight" nonsense. The spots are limited because there's one of me and I can only take on so many at this rate while the business is getting off the ground.

The honesty rules
Seven promises, published so you can hold me to them.
1. No markup on ad spend
Money you spend with Google or Meta goes to Google or Meta. I never take a percentage of it.
2. No long contracts
Three months minimum on retainers (six for the discounted Full Growth rate), then month to month. Thirty days' notice to cancel.
3. The same person every month
You get me. The owner answers (859) 749-9717.
4. No invoice padding
If a month is light, I'll say so and we'll adjust rather than invent work to fill it.
5. An honest 90-day checkpoint
If it isn't working after three months we change the plan or part ways professionally. No hard feelings and no lock-in.
6. 60 days' notice on any price rise
With a real reason. Prices are locked for whatever term you committed to.
7. Founding Clients always honored
When the 24 months are up, renewal splits the difference between your founding rate and current pricing.

Why are your prices on the website?
Because if a marketer won't give you a number until after a call, the number depends on what they think you'll pay. Mine doesn't. You can see it, compare it, and decide before you ever talk to me.
Are you really cheaper than a Lexington agency?
Yes, and it's not a trick. I don't have an office, account managers, or overhead to pass on. You're paying for the work, not the building.
How does payment work?
Website builds are normally half to start and half at launch, after you've seen the live site and approved it. Thirds if that's easier. Retainers are billed monthly.
What about sales tax?
Kentucky charges 6% sales tax on website design and hosting. Marketing services — retainers, SEO, ads management — are not taxed. I show the tax as its own line rather than burying it in the total.
What if I need something that isn't listed?
Ask. There's a long list of one-off things I do — logos, GBP setup, photography, single landing pages — and I'll quote it plainly.
