Who I am
Impact Marketing KY, LLC is a one-person marketing and web design business in Winchester, Kentucky, run by me, Jeff Becraft. When this page says "I" or "me", that's who it means. You can reach me at jbecraft@impactmarketingky.com or (859) 749-9717.
What I collect
- The contact form: your name, your business name, your email, your phone number, and whatever you write about your biggest bottleneck.
- Email, calls and texts: whatever you send me.
- Booking a Blueprint Session: the booking page is Google Calendar's. The name and email you enter there go to Google so the appointment reaches my calendar.
- Visits: page-view counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies, and the standard security logs Cloudflare keeps as the company that hosts this site.
How I use it
To answer you, to get ready for your Blueprint Session, and, if you hire me, to do the work, send the agreement and send the invoices. There's no mailing list you get quietly added to.
Your information is never sold or shared
The contact information you send through a form on this site is never sold, rented, traded or shared with third parties. Nobody buys it, nobody borrows it, and nobody gets it for their own marketing.
Two services handle a message on its way to me, and only to deliver it: Formspree passes form submissions to my email, and Google runs my email and my calendar. They process it to provide that service and nothing else.
Analytics and advertising tags
Right now this site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. I may add Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and advertising conversion tags from Google or Meta to see which pages and ads lead to a call or a form. Those tools can set cookies in your browser, and this page will say so the day they're switched on.
You can turn off personalized Google ads at Google's ad settings, block Google Analytics with the opt-out add-on, manage Meta ads in your Facebook ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Cookies on this site
The site's own code sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The chat assistant runs entirely on your device and sends nothing anywhere; it only opens your email app or your phone if you tap one of its buttons.
How long I keep it
Messages stay in my inbox for as long as they're useful to the conversation. If you become a client, agreements and invoices are kept as long as business and tax records have to be.
Your choices
Email jbecraft@impactmarketingky.com and ask me what I have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and I will.
Client work
If you become a client, anything you share about your business stays between the two of us. I don't use client details in examples without asking first.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't aimed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
